MIRTOPOLIS, 250 m² – The property consists of a total of 6 residential units: four one-room apartments and two two-room apartments (some in maisonette style), bright, clean, and very comfortably furnished. These can be rented individually or as a whole throughout the year (air conditioning and heating available). Each unit includes a fully and generously equipped kitchen, bathroom/WC or shower/WC, as well as new beds with health mattresses, pollutant-tested textiles, and many additional features.
Each unit has its own south-facing garden seating area with unobstructed sea view. Sun loungers, outdoor showers, and a beautiful, separate barbecue area with garden pergola, pizza oven, and garden grill are available for all guests.
The in-house washing machine can also be used upon request and for a small fee.
All prices include additional costs and cover all expenses such as cold and hot water, electricity, bed linen, kitchen and bathroom towels, as well as intermediate and final cleaning. Not included are tourist tax and air conditioning/heating.
MIRTOPOLIS has its own direct access road from the village (private parking available), but can also be reached by a 10-minute walk from the village.
